7.3 Making waffles
1. Before first use, wipe the appliance’s internal surfaces
with a damp cloth or a sponge, then wipe them dry
with a paper towel. Spread a small amount of butter,
margarine or oil on the inside of the appliance.
2. You may prepare batter according to various recipes,
modifying ingredients or their ratios as desired. For
optimal effect, use the following recipe:
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
- 3 eggs
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 125 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Carbonated mineral
water - 50 ml
- Sieve the dry ingredients into a
bowl
- Add eggs, oil, milk and water
- Mix with a blender until the
ingredients are fully blended
- Leave the batter for 15 minutes
until it is ready for making waffles
3. Insert the plug into an alternating current network
outlet. The heating indicator (red light) will light up.
Close the lid so that the appliance heats up faster.
4. It is recommended that the batter be prepared while
the appliance is heating up.
5. After about 2-3 minutes the appliance will be ready.
