Open the box and carefully remove the device. Make sure that the product set is
complete and none of its components are damaged. Check that the plastic parts
are intact and that the power cord is undamaged. If any part is damaged or missing,
contact the dealer and do not use the product. Keep the packaging or recycle it in
accordance with the applicable regulations.

7.1 Installing / replacing the battery
1. Ensure that the device is off.

Pull the battery compartment cover firmly to remove it.
3. Remove the old battery (if present).
4. Insert new AA 1.5 V batteries, observing the polarity marking inside the
battery compartment.

Replace the cover and press it down firmly.
Note!
• The device is powered by AA 1.5 V batteries.
• The batteries are supplied with the device.
•
When replacing batteries, observe the polarity marking inside the
battery compartment.
• Use only the recommended batteries (AA 1.5 V ).
• Do not dispose of old batteries with domestic waste. Discard them in a
dedicated bin for spent batteries.
•
Never re-charge single-use (non-rechargeable) batteries.
•
Do not short-circuit battery terminals.
