15. The device is intended for indoor use only.
16. Connect the device to a grounded socket 220-240 V~ 50/60 Hz AC mains.
17. Do not immerse the power cord, its plug or the device in water or any other
liquid, so as to avoid electric shock.
18. When in operation, do not open the water tank

er plug. First unplug the
device from the mains and wait for it to cool down.
19. Do not put your hands in the steam cloud, and do not touch hot metal parts.
20. Do not hang the power cord over the edge of a table or sink.
21. When operating the device, lay the power cord in such a way so as to prevent
it being pulled unintentionally or tripped over.
22. If an extension cord is used while working with the device, its parameters
must comply with the ones cited in this User’s Guide.
23. Do not touch the electric device if it has fallen into water or becomes flooded.
Disconnect it from the mains immediately.
24. Do not touch the device with wet hands.
25. Never aim the steam at other people or animals.
26. Do not use the device in the vicinity of flammable fabrics (curtains, carpets).
Do not place the device next to heat sources, such as gas stoves and electric
ovens.
27. Operate the device carefully. Use the device, and put it back, on a stable and
even surface.
28. Always put the device back with the stand unfolded, on a flat and
fi
re-resistant
surface. The device must stand
firmly
on the surface.
29. Always iron with the temperature set in accordance the indications on the
ironed material. If you do not follow these indications, the ironed material may
get damaged. If there are no clear ironing instructions, start with the lowest
temperature setting and increase it gradually.
30. Disconnect the device from the mains after use and before cleaning. Before
moving or cleaning the device, wait for it to cool down.
31. Warning! During cleaning or operation, never immerse any electrical parts
of the device in water or other liquids. Never immerse the device in water.
