3. Place the device above a waste bin, then open the dust container bottom lid by
pressing the lock release button under the tube connection outlet.
4. Empty the container by shaking it gently and releasing the dirt into the waste bin.
5. Close the lid and press until the distinct click of the lock engaging is heard.

CLEANING THE FILTER
1. Follow items 1-5 from
8.3 Cleaning the dust container
.
2. Disconnect the motor with the dust container from the handle with the battery
connected by pressing the button to release the lock of the handle with the
battery base (2). Store the handle with the battery connected in a safe place.
3. Remove the motor cover by pressing the motor lock release button (3). Store it
in a safe place. A filter is under the cover. Remove the filter and clean the dust out
of it.

Put the cleaned filter back in. Attach the cover by aligning it with the notches in
the device housing, then press it down to lock.
5. To disconnect the motor from the dust container, twist both parts so that the
arrow on the motor points at the open padlock symbol on the dust container.
