The appliance does
not start.

Is the power cord plugged into
a mains outlet?
Make sure that the power
cord is plugged into a mains
outlet at 100 V / 60 Hz.

Have all parts been
properly assembled?
Assemble the appliance
by consulting the
instruction manual.

Is there a power outage?
Assemble the appliance
by consulting the
instruction manual.
•
Was the appliance running for
more than 20 minutes?
Turn off the appliance. Wait
for some time and turn it on
again. If you need to operate
the appliance continuously,
stop processing for 1 hour.
The appliance extracts
juice poorly or the
juice leaves from the
pulp spout.

Is the rubber stopper
properly installed?
Mount the rubber stopper
as explained in the
instruction manual.
•
Is the food being
processed fresh?
Fruits or vegetables which
are overripe may cause the
motor to stall.
If overripe food is to be
processed, first leave it
immersed in mineral water
for 10 minutes or more.

Is the appliance overfilled
with food or other materials?
Stop the appliance for a few
seconds, switch the control
dial to REV for a few seconds,
then switch the control dial
back to ON.
