Selecting the units
If the kitchen scale features metric (g; ml) and English (lb:oz; fl’oz) units, you can
switch between g and lb:oz and between ml and fl’oz.
When the kitchen scale is switched on, choose the unit by touching and holding
for 3 seconds until the desired unit is displayed: “g” changes to/from “lb:oz” and “ml”
changes to/from “fl’oz”.
The last unit selected is restored when you switch the kitchen scale on again.

Tare
With tare, you can weigh products in succession without removing the previous
product(s) from the deck.
Switch on the kitchen scale by gently touching .
When the kitchen scale switches on, a standard startup
screen is displayed.
Wait until the display reads “0”. Place a container on the deck.
The LCD will read the container weight.
Press to zero the current container weight.
