Installing and changing the batteries:
1. Make sure that the kitchen scale is switched off.
2. Slide the battery compartment lid in the direction shown
by the arrow on the lid.
2. Remove the battery compartment lid.
3. Remove the spent battery.
4. Install a new battery (CR2032 3 V ) and check the correct
polarity as shown inside the battery compartment.
5. Close the battery compartment lid by sliding it over the
compartment in the direction opposite to the one shown
by the arrow.
