Read the whole instruction manual, and in particular the important safety rules, 

before you start using the appliance .

Before you connect the appliance to an outlet, make sure that the outlet voltage 

corresponds to the appliance voltage . The outlet must be equipped with a protective 

grounding (earthed) pin .

The stainless steel cordless kettle must be connected to a 220-240 V~50/60 Hz 

alternating current mains through a grounded outlet . Do not place the kettle directly 

under the outlet . The outlet should be situated within the reach of the kettle user .

Use the stainless steel cordless kettle only to boil water, in accordance with its 

intended use .

13. Do not turn on the stainless steel cordless kettle if it is filled with water above the 

maximum level or below the minimum level. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water 

may splash out . Do not turn the kettle on if it is empty .

To prevent electrocution, do not immerse the plug, the power cord or the appliance 

itself in water or other liquids .

Do not hang the power cord over a table or sink edge .

16. 

Do not use an extension cord . If, however, you are willing to take responsibility for 

such an action, use only an extension cord in good technical condition, with proper 

grounding, and suitable for supplying the amount of power the appliance needs .

The power cord should not hang freely or touch any hot surface .

Place the appliance away from other kitchen appliances that become hot, such as 

an oven, electric cooker, gas burner etc .

Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids . Make sure that the 

connection between the stainless steel cordless electric kettle and the base is not 

wet. Before you fill the kettle with water, remove it from the base.
