5. To make sure the milk container is firmly attached, turn coffee machine on by pressing
the on/off switch
. If the connection is stable, after the lights stop flashing, all the
symbols will be illuminated. Otherwise, only the two
ESSPRESSO
symbols will remain
illuminated.
6. After making sure the container has been properly installed, you can turn off the
appliance by pressing the on/off switch
.
7. Remove the water container and fill it with water. The water level must be between the
minimum (MIN) and maximum (MAX) levels marked on the container.
8. Replace the container. Make sure it has been properly installed. The installation hooks
of the water container should be placed inside the two rectangular openings located
on the rear surface of the coffee machine’s housing and the water inlet hole should
connect to the hole in the base of the coffee machine.
9. Turn the appliance on by pressing the on/off switch
. You will hear a short beep
and then all symbols on the touch control panel will flash three times. Then they will
remain continuously illuminated.
ATTENTION!
If you want to prepare a double coffee requiring a tall mug or cup which
does not fit under the grouphead, you may remove the dripping tray and grill. It is
recommended that you check whether the chosen cup/mug fits under the grouphead.
10. Place a cup on the tray and use the nozzle extension handle to turn the milk outlet
nozzle so that it is directed towards the inside of the cup (if you want to make coffee
with milk).
