2. Before plugging the kettle in, check if the voltage on the appliance
nameplate (kettle and base) corresponds to that of the network. In case
of voltage discrepancy, please contact the seller and do not use the
kettle.
3. You should turn the kettle off and remove the cord from the power socket
before filling, emptying or cleaning, and when the device is not in use.

Do not fill above the maximum level indicator, as water may spill while
boiling. Fill the kettle only with cold water.

To avoid a fire, do not turn the appliance on in the presence of explosive
or flammable fumes. Likewise, do not put the kettle on a gas or electric
stove, nor in an oven, nor near such appliances.
6. The cord should not hang from a table or countertop edge, nor should it
touch hot surfaces.
7. Never pull the cord, as it can cause damage to the cord or electrocution.
8. In the event of damage to the cord or the plug, or faulty operation or
damage to the appliance due to the appliance being dropped, the whole
appliance must be returned to the store for review, repair or adjustment.
9. Do not touch the surface of the kettle when hot, apart from the handle
and the button.
10. While the kettle is in operation, do not put your face near the spout, as
the rising steam may be dangerous.
11. If the kettle is stood on wooden furniture, a pad should be used to prevent
damage to the furniture surface.
12. To avoid burns, always make sure that the lid is properly closed before
using the appliance.
13. Opening the lid while the water is boiling may result in burns.
14. When the kettle is hot, the lid should be opened and closed carefully.

Caution should be exercised while holding a kettle with hot water. Never
hold the kettle by anything other than the handle.
16. Do not turn the kettle on when it is empty.
17. To avoid electrocution, never submerge the kettle, its base or cord in any
liquid.

Do not fill the kettle above the maximum level, as it can damage the
product or make it unstable.
