Poor suction
power
Check the fill level of the dust bag.
Check the dirt level of the filters.
Check that the inlet or outlet openings are not covered.
Check that nothing is blocking the nozzles, hose or telescopic
tube.
Check the power regulator on the vacuum cleaner and on the
hose holder.
There is an
unpleasant odour
coming out of the
device
The first time you start the machine, you may notice a smell that
will disappear after a few minutes of operation.
If the smell emitted from the appliance resembles the smell of
burning plastic, immediately disconnect the appliance from the
power supply and set it aside in a place where it will not cause
damage if ignited. Do not plug in the device again and contact the
manufacturer's service department immediately.
Check to see if the reason is something that was sucked into the
dust bag in the vacuum cleaner. If so, replace it with a new one.
If the filters are heavily soiled or the unit has been used in a room
with strong odours or humidity, it can cause unpleasant odours.
If the odour persists after a few minutes of operation, it is
recommended to replace the filters with new ones.
There are
disturbing noises

Check that something has not entered the unit and is not
disrupting the fan.
Make sure the device has not fallen over.
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
If you are not going to use the unit for a long time, after turning it off with the power
button, rolling up the cable, disassembling the components, cooling and cleaning, store
it in a dry room away from heat and moisture sources. It is best to place the device in
its original packaging, away from children and pets.
TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
It is recommended to transport the device in its original packaging. Do not expose the
unit to excessive vibration or shock during transportation. When handling, only carry
the unit after it has been switched off, holding it securely by the handle. Do not expose
the device to high temperatures or moisture.
