11 Dry-run protection
Your Hoesch bathtub with whirpool system is equipped with “dry run” protection. The hydromassage pump or disinfection
function can be started only once proper water level is achieved, the level at which it is possible to switch on the lighting
in the bathtub. “Dry run” protection protects the system against running with empty or low water in the bathtub.
12 Automatic switching off of the system
The operational time of the system is limited to 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, regardless of the buttons switched on,
the system switches off automatically. By pressing button 1 and/or 4 you can switch the system on again.
13 System drying
The system drying function is switched on automatically approx. 20 minutes after emptying the bathtub. After switching
on it works in total for about 2 minutes, during which the blower works for the fi rst 30 seconds with medium power,
and for the next 90 seconds it works with full power.
14 Disinfection
Regular disinfection of the whirl tub ensures optimal hygiene of the device. It is recommend to start the
disinfection once a month or every 2-3 baths. If you want to start the disinfection, the proper water level is
needed, so you may have to fill the bathtub up to the level at which it is possible to switch on the lighting

■ After leaving the bathtub pour the disinfecting agent into it (follow the producer's instructions!). We recommend
using the disinfecting agent with the article No. 6923 or 133607. Suggested amounts: 100 ml of the disinfecting
agent for 100 L of the bathtub capacity. Dosing for Art.-Nr. 133607 can differ!
■ To run disinfection press button 10 (button should be pressed by 3 sec). Time of disinfection is about 30 minutes.
The process of the disinfection
■ First the system works for 1 minute in order to distribute the disinfecting agent.
■ After the time of the agent’s interaction, which lasts 27 minutes, the system is switched on again for 2 minutes.
■ The bathtub should be emptied after using the system (about 30 minutes)
■ After draining the bathtub and rinsing its surface the air pipes of the Air system are automatically dried.
■ If disinfection mode is interrupted , it should be started once again.
