Correct Set-Up
It is essential to follow all safety instructions when setting up the device!
1. Fully unwind the mains cable.
2. Always set up the device with a clear space at the sides (at least 20 cm) and clear space above
it (at least 30 cm) on a
fl
at, solid, heat-resistant and hard-wearing surface.
3. The ambient temperature at the installation location should be from 23 – 26°C
(73.4 – 78.8°F) to ensure that the device works in the optimum way.
4. Make sure that the plug socket is still easy to access even after the device has been connected.
5. The mains plug should be connected to a plug socket that has been properly installed.
After the device is switched on, it takes approx. 2 - 3 hours for the device to reach the
correct temperature. The wine bottles should only be placed or laid in the device once it
has reached the correct temperature.
Operation
Unlocking the Lock on the Control Panel
The device has an automatic lock on the control panel. If it is activated, the temperature on the
device cannot be adjusted.
To unlock the lock, hold down the
button (

) for approx. 5 seconds. A beep sounds and the
temperature can now be adjusted.
If no more settings are made, the lock is automatically activated again after approx. 20 seconds.
Switching the Light On / Off
The light in the fridge can be switched on using the
button (

). To do this, press the

y. The light switches off again automatically after 10 minutes.
Changing the Temperature Unit
Use the
button (

) to set the display (

) to °C or °F as you wish. To do this, hold down the
button for around 5 seconds.
Setting the Temperature
The temperature can be set from 10 – 18°C (50 – 64.4°F).
1. Unlock the lock on the control panel (see the “Unlocking the Lock on the Control Panel”
section).
2. Use the buttons

) to set the temperature you want. The set temperature

) for approx. 5 seconds. The display then shows the temperature
currently prevailing in the fridge again.
