Probe Operation
1.
With the toggle switch on the side of the Probe unit, select the
mode of operation:
▫
S & L: Speaker amplifier and LED tracing mode
▫
Sp.: Speaker only tracing mode
▫
L: LED only tracing mode
2.
Press and hold the TRACE button while approaching the
subject cable. The intensity of the tone signal will increase as
the Probe approaches the cable.
