Operation

4.1

Operation with feed head

– Switch ON main switch (if fitted).

– Raise pusher plate (1) and turn it to the left.

– Fill feed head with product.

– Turn pusher plate to the right and lower it into the feed head.

– Push ON switch.

– During cutting, press the pusher plate slightly downwards.

– To re-fill raise pusher plate and turn it to the right  – the

machine stops automatically.

Note:

To cut french fries with Julienne disc and for cross-cut of round
fruits (i.e. tomatoes):

Position the product to the right of the feed head.

4.2

Operation with feed tube

– Check correct position of the pusher plate in the feed head.

– Switch ON machine.

– Remove pusher from the tube and fill in product (i.e. cucumbers).

– Press smaller items slightly downwards with the pusher.

Note:
As the machine does not stop when the pusher is removed from
the feed tube, the machine may be operated continuously.

Important:
Clean the machine immediately after use.
Dried-on fruit juice may cause discoloring and may
complicate cleaning.
