Check the position of running belt which should be placed within the limits of
( 1）（2）（3）（4）. If the running belt is offset, please follow the warning
tips to centralize it. Check the position of running belt every time before use.
Step 3 Insert the handle bar into slot A,B, then adjust the spring bolt to fix the handle bar.
