1 Connections and Control
Features
1 Mid/High Filter with LED Display (4-way)
Turn this rotary encoder to select an EQ setting to match the number
of connected mid/ high units. The unit of reference is the smaller of the
ELEMENTS mid/ high units, the E 435. For example, Mid/High Filter
position 2 stands for two stacked E 435s or one E 835. The AS E 210
SUB can drive up to six E 435 or three E 835 mid/ high units. You can
mix and match these two passive enclosures as you see fit.
2 Bass Gain
Use this knob to adjust the subwoofer’s volume. At the 12 o’clock
position (0 dB/ center-notched), the subwoofer’s level is tuned to match
the ELEMENTS mid/ high units’ volume, creating a balanced sonic
image with the right blend of bass, midrange, and high frequencies.
Twist the Bass Gain knob to the left to decrease the subwoofer’s volume
and to the right to increase it (control range -12 /+ 6 dB).
