MANTENIMIENTO

Filtros de aire:
Limpiar los filtros de aire
después de las primeras 4 horas de
funcionamiento y después en cada revisión
periódica planificada. El filtro se puede lavar
con agua y dejar secar o sustituirlo
- Intercambiador coaxial:
Una de las
operaciones de mantenimiento anual es
limpiar el intercambiador coaxial. Se debe
limpiar haciendo circular por el interior del
intercambiador a contra corriente una
solución de ácido oxálico al 5% (95 partes
de agua 5 partes de ácido oxálico), y
verificar la perdida de carga en los
manómetros hasta conseguir una limpieza
correcta. Después recuperar el ácido
oxálico, lavar el circuito, abrir las llaves
principales y purgar la instalación antes de
poner en marcha

Air filtres:
Clean air filters after 4 hours of
system operation and every 3 months (or
more, depending on application). Filters can
be cleaned by immersion in water and let
dry or replace it.

Coaxial heat exchanger:
One of the
annual maintenance is to clean the coaxial
exchanger.
Should
be
cleaned
by
circulating inside the heat exchanger
countercurrent oxalic acid solution at 5%
(95 parts water to 5 parts of oxalic acid),
and check the pressure drop in the
manometers to get proper cleaning. After
recovering the oxalic acid, washing the
circuit, open the main keys and purge the
system before start up.
