Power source voltage
abnormally
Check the power source voltage
(terminal board, L/N terminal)
Check the wiring (diode stack
blue/yellow/gray/red)
Power source abnormally. Check
the power source.
The SPM2 is broken.
Replace the SPM2.
The control P.W.B. may be broken. Replace
the control P.W.B..
There is a diode stack abnormally.
Replace the diode stack.
Check the CN13 cord.
Replace the CN13
cord.
Replace the control P.W.B..
Connect the power source, than wait a
few minutes, and forcibly turn on the
cooling. After the power relay goes on
(clicking sound)*1, check that
thecompressor does not work after the
LED blinks ten times*2, then within
three minutes check the voltage
between the SPM P1 terminal and the
N terminal.
Turn off the power source, and ten minutes
later remove the SPM CN13 cords. Then
check the DC voltage between the (1) pin of
the SPM CN13 and the N terminal within three
minutes of the power relay being turned
on.
Block off the power source, and return the yellow
striped and blu striped wires to their former position.
Then remove the gray and red wire from the diode
stack. Connect the power source, and forcibly turn on
the cooling (clicking noise). Then check the DC
voltage between the gray and red wires within three
minutes of the power relay being turned on.
Turn off the power source, and remove the yellow
and blue wires from the diode stack.
Connect the power source, then wait a few minutes,
and forcibly turn on the cooling (clicking sound).
Then check the AC voltage between the blue and
yellow wires within three minutes of the power relay
being turned on.
The power relay
is off. Replace the
control power
circuit.
* 1 The power relay does not turn on without an operation order. In
the case of a abnormally stop, the power relay turns off after
approximately three minutes.
* 2 Carry out each of the voltage checks in the three minutes
between the power relay turning on and turning off.
