1. Slide the mode switch to [
] and set the mode dial to one of the
photography modes.
2. Press the
MENU
button, and select the [Function] menu with the
button.
The [Function] tab of the photography menu is displayed.
3. Select the desired [Function] option item with the
/
buttons,
and press the
SET
button to enter its respective menu.
4. Select the desired setting with the
/
buttons, and press the
SET
button.
5. To exit from the photography menu, press the
MENU
button.
Capture Mode
This sets the recording method at the time of capturing images.

Blank
] Single:
Capture an image at a time.
* [

Continuous:
Permits continuous photography of 3 images max.

AEB
]
AEB:
Permits 3 consecutive images in the order of standard exposure, underexposure
and overexposure compensation.

Burst:
Permits continuous photography while pressing holding the shutter button. As long
as you hold the shutter button pressed, images are captured until the memory
capacity is exhausted.

Pre-Shot:
Pre-shot helps you get the background you want, even if you need to ask
someone else to record the image for you. Basically, Pre-shot is a two-step process.

Coupling Shot: The Coupling Shot mode lets you record images of two people and combine them
into a single image. This makes it possible for you to include yourself in group
images, even when there is no one else around to record the image for you.
In [Continuous], [AEB] [Burst],[Pre-Shot]and[Coupling Shot] capture mode, the voice memo is
automatically fixed at [Off].
Dub
Refer to section in this manual titled “Recording Voice Memos” for further details.
* On / Off
When [Preview] is set to [Off], [Dub] setting is also fixed at [Off].
