TROUBLE 

POSSIBLE REASONS 

WHAT TO DO 

The standby led is not lit. 

Mains cable is not connected. 

Check if the mains cable is plugged 
into the power socket. 

No picture or sound. 

No signal or weak signal. 

Check the antenna and SCART 
connectors  

The settings you have done in the 
menus have not been changed. 

The digital set-top box was 
unplugged without first going to 
standby. 

Before unplugging your digital set-
top box, wait for going to standby.  

The remote control is not working.

  The digital set-top box is in 

standby.

  Remote control is incorrectly 

aimed.

  Battery exhausted.

  Press the standby key

  Check if nothing blocks the front
