To prevent delays or over-runs, DVD-Recorder has a
function called VIDEO Plus+ Record Extended
allowing you to extend the recording time by up to 60
minutes.
Press the MENU button.
With the DVD in Stop press the MENU button.
Press the
34
button to select
“Program” and then press the OK or
1
button.
Press the corresponding
34
buttons,
until the “VIDEO Plus+ Record
Extended” option is selected.
Press the OK or
1
buttons to set the
“VIDEO Plus+ Record Extended” time by
increments of 10 minutes.
To turn off, press OK or
1
buttons
repeatedly until Off shows.

Press the OK button.
• The information concerning the programme is
displayed.
• When using the VIDEO Plus+ function for the first
time with stored stations, the programme number
flashes. This one time, you must enter the PR
number manually by pressing the
34
buttons.
Refer to the following page if:
• The programme number or times flash
• You wish to modify the programme
If the programme and times are correct,
press the OK button.
Press the STANDBY/ON button to
activate the timer.
Refer to pages 42~44 if you wish to:
• Check that your DVD Recorder has been
programmed correctly.
• Cancel a preset recording.

The numbers next to each TV programme listing
in the magazines or newspapers are VIDEO
Plus+ code numbers, which allow you to pro-
gramme your DVD recorder instantly with the
remote control.
Tap in the VIDEO Plus+ code for the programme
you wish to record.
