Wiring for PWB DRIVE Mounting

The ECN1/ECN2 wires shall be laid so that
the excess wires shall be laid out as shown
in the figure below.

The installation of the flexible cable shall be subject to
the drawing in the bottom right corner of this sheet.

There shall be no slack in the wire
in this area. The excess wire shall
be folded and tucked under
(which will prevent the wire from
getting tangled in the upper cover).

The installation of the flexible cable
shall be subject to the drawing in the
bottom right corner of this sheet.

The ECN3 shall be connected to
the EMD1 prior to securing the PWB
DRIVE. In addition, the installation of
the flexible cable shall be subject to
the drawing in the bottom right corner
of this sheet.

POWER UNIT (BALLAST)

The connectors for the ballast and
power fan shall be clamped to the
fan cover with a purse lock.

The CNSG shall be secured to
the PWB DRIVE with a screw.

It shall be securely fitted
to PWB FAN G01.

Particular care shall be taken to
prevent the wire stopper from being
twisted on the board.

PWB DRIVE

Particular care shall be taken to prevent
the CNSG/CNDS2 from getting entangled
in the upper cover when mounting the cover.
The excess CNSG wire shall be tucked
under the PWB DRIVE.

The wire clamp shall be secured with a wire stopper
to prevent it from moving.

PWB TEMP

The installation of the flexible cable shall be subject to the
drawing shown below.

(1) Insert the flexible flat cable
securely into the connector
base. (Particular attention
shall be paid to the inserting
direction as this connector
has contacts on its underside).
(2) Move the hinge in the arrow
direction to securely lock it.
