Check that the plasma screen and the AVC unit are connected
together correctly. Check that both plugs are connected to the socket
and switched on, check fuse and make sure TV is not in standby
mode (see below).
Make sure there are no obstructions between the handset and the
TV's infra-red lens, or the batteries may be exhausted - replace the
whole set of batteries.

If a problem still continues after referring to this guide contact your dealer immediately.
Under NO circumstances remove the rear cover of your plasma screen or the
casing of your Audio Visual Control (AVC) unit.
