Wiring before Drive Board Installation

Before drive board installation
(1) Wire the CNBAR. 
(2) Wire and install the TSW.
(3) Lay and fix the lamp leads.
(4) Lay the #3020 lead.
(5) Wire the TSW. 
(6) Apply the TAP7.

Fan for panel G

Fan for panel R

Fix the TSW cable and the #3020 lead with the 
cable guide on the ballast cover.

INP. RC. board assembly

Do not loosen the TSW cable (to keep the cable 
from coming near the power supply primary side). 

Exhaust fan

Bend the ends of the lamp leads in the arrowed 
direction (to prevent the leads from being caught 
when installing the upper case). 

Make a loop when passing the TSW lead through 
the guide hole on the ballast cover.

Pass the #3020 lead through 
the guide hole on the ballast cover.

Apply the TAP7 to fix the cable guide.

Hold the lamp leads and the TSW, 
however, take care not to hold 
the solder spot on the TSW 
lead.
