Troubleshooting 

Issue 

Workaround 

WI-FI connection cannot be established between 
the smartphone and the terminal.

 

Make sure a WI-FI connection is available on the 
smartphone. Check for relevant integration 
instructions 

Terminal cannot establish satellite connectivity 
(Slow Flashing Green). 

Check the service plan status in the hiSky mobile 
app. 

Unsuccessful registration to hiSky mobile app. 

Internet connection is required for the initial Login.
