TROUBLE SHOOTING 

 

 
If you are having difficulties in operating the HD94003G, please try the solutions 
below. If these do not work, try switching the set top box off and then on again. 
 

Problem

 

Solution

 

No Power 

Check the power cord for defects. 
Check mains power switch is on.   
Press power button on RCU. 

No Reception 

Check the Signal Strength Indictor and check 
the antenna cable and that the antenna has 
been inserted correctly. 

No Sound 

Volume may be set to low or audio muted. 
Check the audio cable connection. 

No Video 

Change video output port or video display type.
Check that you have selected the correct Input 
on your TV 
Check the video cable connection. 

The remote control is in operation, 
but the STB is not responding 

Check the batteries. 
Check the battery contact.   

No Channels in the Channel List
