4. The Ironing Caddy

Your Hills Extra Large Rotating Caddy Ironing 
Board comes with an innovative pivoting caddy 
that allows you to swivel the caddy towards 
you whilst ironing. This allows you to easily 
place the iron in the caddy and also to use the 
full length of the board for ironing. 

There are hanging spaces on both sides of the 
caddy for a Hills Laundry Sprayer and dimples 
that will support shirts and blouses on coat 
hangers. 

There is a holder for the Hills Water Jug and 
hooks for the Hills Cord Master.

4.1

  To operate the pivot, pull caddy out from 

back of the board holding the caddy grip 
until you feel it click into place (

Fig. 1

).

 

The Caddy can now be pivoted to the left 
or right of the board to suit your  
ironing position.

Ironing Tip: If ironing long items, the caddy 

can be pivoted away from you, to the 

other side of the board, to utilise the full 

length of the board.
4.2

  To retract, pivot caddy back to central 

position using the caddy grip.

 

Gently feel the caddy engage into the 
retracting channel. Once engaged, slide  
the caddy back into the retracted storage 
position.

CAUTION – Do not exceed 5kg load evenly 

arranged along the caddy as it may cause 

the board to tip over and serious injury 

may occur.
