Cleaning
CAUTION
Do not use any cleaning products.
This paragraph describes how to clean the Helion system.
Cleaning shall be performed on a regular basis (at least once a
week) to ensure components remain intact and in good working
order.
Use personal protective equipment for any maintenance and
cleaning activities. Required protective devices: closed shoes,
sturdy long trousers made of fabric, tunic, gloves. Check personal
protective equipment to make sure it is in proper condition. Inform
the operator of any defects.

Preparing the system
Pull the plug of the power cord out of the socket. In case of
permanent installations, turn off the main switch located on the
front panel of the rack.
3.4.2
Cleaning the system

Wear the required personal protective equipment.

Using suitable means, remove coarse dirt from the rack or
units for installation without rack.

With a clean dry cloth, wipe all residue from the rack or units.
First wipe the top and then the sides of the rack or units.

Visually inspect the surfaces of the system. The surfaces
must be free of residue. Particular attention must be paid to
places where the fan grilles are positioned for optimal air
recirculation. Clean once more any surfaces with still visible
residue.
