Troubleshooting
Unable to start up.
a)
Possible Reason:
Device runs out of power.
Solution:
Get device be charged.

Possible Reason:
Device is abnormal.
Solution:
Hold down the
Sleep/Down
button for 15 seconds to reset device.
Unable to start recording.

Possible Reason:
Memory is full.
Solution:
Back up device and clear the memory.

Possible Reason:
Formatting memory error.
Solution:
Format the memory via assistant. For detailed steps, refer to user manual.
Unable to log in.

Password error.
