Log Information

To search logs in a specified duration, do following steps:
1)
Edit the log’s start time and end time.

Click the
Search
button to start search. The matched logs will be listed.

To export searched logs, do following steps:
1)
Search the logs you want to export.
2)
Click the
Export
button to export them.
The exported logs are saved in the set assistant’s log saving path and are saved in
.txt
format.
4.
To clear logs, do following steps:
1)
Search the logs you want to clear.
2)
Click the
Clear
button to clear them.

Assistant File Saving Path
Purpose:
You can customize the local file and log file saving path.
Steps:
1.
Log in device first. For detailed steps, refer to
7.2 Device Login
.

Click the
icon in the top right corner of assistant window.
3.
Click the
icon to customize Local File Saving Path and Log Saving Path.
4.
Click
Save
to save the settings.
