(Optional) Check Enable H.265 (For Initial Access) for the connected IP camera supporting
H.265. Then the IP camera will be encoded with H.265.
OPTION 2:
Step 1
Click the Custom Adding button to pop up the Add IP Camera (Custom) interface.

Step 2
Select the detected IP camera and click the Add button to add it directly, and you can click
Search to refresh the online IP camera manually.
OPTION 3:
You can custom add the IP camera by editing the parameters in the corresponding text field and
then click Add to add it.
3.11 Configuring Custom Protocols
Purpose
Custom protocols can be set for the network cameras which are not configured with the standard
protocols.
Step 1
Click Protocol on the Custom Adding interface to enter the Protocol Management interface.
