Usate un materiale di buon spessore, molto compatto
e meccanicamente inerte, come MDF o multistrato di
legno ad alta densità.
Use a thick material as stiff and vibration-free as
possible, such as MDF or high density multilayer wood.

Cercate di arrotondare il più possibile gli angoli
interni del box per minimizzare le turbolenze interne.
Se possibile, resinate le pareti interne per migliorare
la rigidità delle pareti e l’areodinamica.
To reduce turbulence inside the enclosure, round off
the internal corners of the structure as much as
possible. If possible, coat the internal walls with resin
to improve the rigidity and aerodynamics.

Utilizzate un condotto reflex di grandi dimensioni per favorire il
flusso d’aria alle maggiori escursioni. Fate delle prove su quale lato
del box metterete il condotto reflex, poiché i cambiamenti introdotti
nella risposta del sistema, potrebbero essere determinanti.
To ease the air flow during major excursion situations, use a large
size reflex vent. Conduct listening tests to choose the correct side
of the box to locate the vent, as differences in the frequency
response could be significant.

Lasciate almeno 50 mm tra il fondo
del Subwoofer e la parete posteriore.
Leave at least 50 mm between the
Subwoofer bottom and the back wall.

Fissate in maniera adeguata la cassa del sub alla struttura del veicolo.
Firmly fix the Sub box to the car chassis.

Non rimuovere la guarnizione di tenuta tra
cestello e piano di battuta e serrate con
decisione le viti seguendo un ordine a croce.
Do not remove the gasket between the basket
and the mounting surface, and firmly fasten the
screws in a criss-cross pattern until tight.

Incollate e sigillate tutte le pareti del box usando colla vinilica
di buona qualità in abbondante quantità. Dopo l’incollaggio,
ripassate tutte le giunzioni interne.
Glue and seal all the box walls using a sufficient amount of
good quality vinyl glue. Put some more glue over all the
internal joints.
