When installing the STILKAMIN, follow the installation advice below for your own safety:
• The base where you are going to place your Stilkamin must be flat and provide a perfect seat for your
fireplace. The base must be built using heat resistant materials.
• The space where the Stilkamin is to be inserted must be free of rubble and waste materials that may
catch fire when the fireplace is working.
• The inside of the gap where the Stilkamin fireplace is to be installed will be appropriately insulated or
built of materials that resist high temperatures.
• If insulation must be installed inside the gap, do not cover the ventilation grille.
• Never wrap the fireplace in insulating material as this will damage it.
WARNING! Your insertable fireplace must not be used as an incinerator and no other fuels may be used
(plastics, coal etc). Use the recommended materials.
