2 - DEFLECTOR ASSEMBLY
The baffle is a cast iron part that is located inside the stove, under the attachment ring
smoke exit, this part is delivered supported with some wooden blocks, to avoid it getting
loose and breaking the glass during transportation.
Should it be nec
essary to fit the deflector or replace it, during the stove’s life, you must
proceed in the following way:
1º- Open the firebox Door.
2º- Take the baffle with the closed top part looking down (the small legs upwards) and the
semi open side towards the front of the stove (The baffle front).
3º- Lift the baffle and introduce its front small legs behind the front supports screwed to the
top of the stove.
4º- Horizontally move the baffle backwards, until it rests on the closed side upper edge on
the back supports (See Fig.-11)
