ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Luminaire installation onto the ground
;
1.
The surface which the luminaire will be mounted must be flat and level.
2.
The space on the floor is created according to the given concrete dimensions.
2.1.
The anchor plate is used as shown in the image to align the connection holes of the
product.
2.2.
The anchor bolt is fixed in the concrete at a minimum of 30 mm above the ground.
3.
The anchor plate is mounted to the studs coming out of the concrete with the help of
washers and nuts with 25 Nm torque. (4 Pieces, M8 Washers and 4 Pieces, M8 Nuts).
4.
Assembly of Bollard

4.1.
The socket that connects the cable coming from the floor and the cable coming from the
product is attached to each other.
Note 1: The socket used to connect the cables is not supplied with the product. Please
supply a socket with minimum IP66 certification suitable for the product.
Note 2: When you need to disassemble the product, please make sure that the socket
is disconnected from each other.
4.2.
The bollard is placed on the anchor flange plate in the direction of the arrow.
5.
Bollard is fixed from the sides with the help of setscrew bolts with 3 Nm torque.
(4 Pieces, M6 Setskur Bolt).
Accesing LED Driver

Note: Before starting this process, the electrical connection to the product
must be disconnected.
6.
Top cover bolts are removed and the top cover is taken off. (2 Pieces, M5 Imbus Bolt).
Note: After the driver of the product is changed, M5 Imbus bolts on the upper cover are
mounted with 4 Nm torque. (2 pieces, M5 Inbus Bolts)
7.
Handra module and junction box cable connection sockets are removed.
8.
Removal of Junction Box

8.1.
The Phillips head bolts holding the junction box sheet are removed.
(2 pieces, M5 phillips head bolts).
Note: After the LED driver replacement is completed, the Phillips head bolts are mounted
with a torque of 1.5 Nm. (2 pieces, M5 Phillips head bolts)
8.2.
Junction Box is taken out from inside the bolard.
9.
To remove the LED driver from the junction box;
9.1.
Curved bolts on the junction box are removed. (4 Pieces, M4 Round Head Bolt)
Note: After the LED driver replacement is completed, the M4 Round Head Bolts of the
junction box are mounted with a torque of 2 Nm. (4 pieces, M4 Round Head Bolts)
9.2.
Junction box cover is taken
off
.
10. The star cylindrical head bolts holding the LED driver are removed.
The LED driver is taken off.
Note: Please be carefull not to damage the LED driver in the process.
Replacing the lighting module

11. To replace Handra Module;
11.1.
The bolts holding the Handra module are removed. (2 Pieces, M4 Countersunk Head
Safety Torx Bolt).
Note: After the Handra module replacement is completed, it is mounted with a torque of
2 Nm with a torque wrench. (2 countersunk Torx Security Bolts.)
11.2.
The Handra module is removed from it's place.
11.3.
The cable coming out of the Handra module and the socket connecting the cable from
the LED driver is removed.
Note1: Please be carefull not to damage the Handra module.
Note2: In order to remove the second module, the procedures in
step 11 are applied.
