(
Before connecting it to the mains outlet, please read the
instruction manual of the generator carefully
).
The EH Pro Mini head is designed for multivoltage
operation (allows 120 V and 230 V operation).
The maximum capacity of the connected EH Pro Mini
flash head must be observed and must not be exceeded
(1200 Ws). The maximum capability permissible will also
be controlled by a plug code. If the maximum capability is
being exceeded by the power output of the generator, the
code will block flash release or reduce the flash power of
the generator.
Only original Hensel EH Pro Mini Flash Head extension
cables with the plug-code should be used. The cables
can be ordered with precise specification from Hensel-
Visit.
Compatible generators are:
EH Pro Mini, EH Pro Mini Speed:
Tria series up to 3000 J
EH Pro Mini 1200P, EH Pro Mini 1200P Speed:
Porty L, Porty Premium (Plus)
The EH Pro Mini (not EH Pro Mini 1200 P) head is
equipped with a fan to avoid overheating with fast flash
sequences, which could cause damage to the flash tube
and the power pack.
Third party manufacturers
Even though similar lamp sockets and plugs are used by
other manufacturers as well, the EH Pro flash head must
not
be connected to generators from these manu-
facturers. This requires in every case an adapter cord. Ask
your Hensel agent about suitable adapter cords for your
brand.
Overheating
Large uninterrupted flash sequences put the flash tube to
the risk of glowing. In this case interrupt the usage of the
unit until it has cooled down. Do not disconnect from
power pack to keep the fan running, which speeds the
cooling up (EH Pro Mini).
