Controller-configuration (Fan elec. configuration)
Consequence:
The unit is out of order. There is no fault at the frequency controller!
Troubleshooting:

Open the front panel. Connect N (neutral) on terminal 1 (bottom) at plug X4
on the relay pcb.
Fault cleared?
No
Check software configuration:
–
Aktivate demo mode (Push & hold ON/OFF while the unit is switched
off until the unit turns on itself (approx. 16 sec.))

Enter step 6 „unit configuration“ in the service area.

Select „fan motor type“. The type must be set to „FC 3 speeds“
Change and save setting if necessary.

Deactivate demo mode. (Push & hold ON/OFF while the unit is
switched off until the unit turns on itself (approx. 16 sec.))
Fault cleared?
No
Change relay pcb. Disconnect the unit from the power supply first!
Fault cleared?
No
Maybe the software lost the right configuration. Procedure:
–
Aktivate demo mode (Push & hold ON/OFF while the unit is switched
off until the unit turns on itself (approx. 16 sec.))

Enter step 6 „unit configuration“ in the service area.

Select „fan motor type“. Select „contactor 2 speeds“ and save changes.
–
Leave service area and disconnect the unit for one minute from the
power supply to reset the unit/ software.

Select „fan motor type“. Select „FC 3 speeds“ and save changes.
–
Deactivate demo mode. (Push & hold ON/OFF while the unit is
switched off until the unit turns on itself (approx. 16 sec.))
