3. Select speed. Turn the speed selector control
slowly to the right/left to select the function speed.
The light indicators of the speed selected will light
up in green and the light indicators of the tempera-
ture selected will then light up in red. Mycook will
begin to heat up (Image 64)
Attention. When hot, the maximum speed that can
selected is speed 5. Only use speed 1 light frying to
avoid overflows and/or splashes. Do not activate the
heating function when the jug is empty.
When the operation finishes, Mycook emits a warning
sound, the alert icons and the light indicators for the
temperature selected flash and the blades rotate at
speed 2 (light indicators light up in green) to prevent
the food from sticking or burning. (Image 65)
To stop, turn the speed selector control to the left un-
til the speed light indicators switch off.
IMPORTANT ALWAYS STOP THE APPLIANCE USING
THE SPEED SELECTOR CONTROL. BEFORE LIFTING
THE LID OF THE JUG WAIT A FEW SECONDS UNTIL
THE BLADES HAVE STOPPED COMPLETELY. NEVER
LIFT THE LID OF THE JUG WHILE MYCOOK IS FUNC-
TIONING, AS THERE IS A RISK OF OVERFLOWING
AND/OR BURNS.
