7. Warranty
The Helios Rotary Pen has a one year manufacturer warranty from date of purchase,
which covers any and all parts, provided the machine has not been misused, and the
guidelines for use and care outlined in the user manual have been properly followed. If
the machine was purchased through an authorized Helios distributor, a receipt or
invoice must be provided for proof that your machine is still within the warranty period.
If deemed to be within the warranty period, and all guidelines for proper care and use as
outlined in the user manual have been followed, a replacement machine will be sent.
