Amongst others the used interface standard prevents a real-time operation of the
digital interface. The time period beginning from sending the instruction till
achieving a steady state of the unit is defined as follows:

You have to connect the RS232 interface with a serial 1 to 1 cable.
The IP address from „Digital Interface IP“ will be preset by “Hyper Terminal” via
RS232. It is also possible to apply an other programmes for serial data transfer.
Caution
After programming operation you mustn’t use the Interface
RS232 any longer, because it is not electrically isolated and you
have to disconnect the serial 1 to 1 cable!
