5. Support or press the center of the cutting plate with one finger then screw the fixing
ring tight with another hand (fig.6). Do not over tighten.
6. Place the hopper plate on the head and fix it into position.
7. Locate the unit on a firm place.
8. The air passage at the bottom and the side of the motor housing should be kept free
and not blocked.

On-off key
On-off key is bright red. It can control the screen on or blank under any condition except
locked screen. Long pressing the key for 1.5-2 seconds will start the screen up, close it only
needs about 1/4 seconds.

Pause key
Pause key is green. Press the key when motor is operating, the motor stops, re-operates
with another pressing.
Pause key has an addition function which is lock-screen function. Press the key for 2
seconds, screen will be locked. The lock key appears on the top center of the screen.
Under locked situation, all the procedures pause although screen is on. With another 2
seconds pressing on the pause key, the lock disappears and screen is back to before with
motor resets. (Pause function has to be operated by click after touching.)

Process and Reverse keys
Process and reverse keys are green. Press the process key under rest condition, motor will
rotate clockwise. Repeat press won’t lead to any operation. Only press other keys, it will go
to other program accordingly. The same situation applies to reverse key.
4.
Set key
Set key is green which controls six default function and the control needs to be operated
under the rest or pause state of motor. The five default function is showed by separately,
the circulation is made of “Meat-Beef-Frozen Meat-Fish-Tomato Juicer”.
5.
Time
Starting up time 00:00 means minuite: second. It starts timing when motor starts to run. It
stops under pause state. The set key leads to zero. It will re-timing after the program is
chose, also turn off off will return to zero.
6.
Temperature
a.
Thermometer shows the real temperature of motor, 12 standards are divided
averagely. Every standard means 10 degress.
b. When the temperature up to 100 degree, the arrow under “PLEASE WAIT FOR
COOLING” will flicker. With 6 times of “DiDiDi” sound, the motor stops working with
warning tone by one time “Di” every 15 seconds. All keys are out of work except on-off
key.
c.
After the temperature is down to 70 degree, “PLEASE” arrow and warning tone
disappear. “RESTART” arrow continues flickering and the motor can work as properly only
with a press on process or reverse key. Timer will accumulate the time before overheat.
