Frothing milk/ making Cappuccino:
You can get a cup of cappuccino when you top up a cup of espresso with frothing milk.
Method:
1.
Prepare an espresso first with container big enough according to the part “Make
Espresso coffee”.
2.
Fill a jug with the desired amount of milk for each cappuccino to be prepared, you are
recommended to use whole milk at refrigerator temperature (not hot!).
Note: In choosing the size of jug, it is recommend that the diameter is not less than 70±5mm,
and bear in mind that the milk increases in volume. Make sure that the height of the jug is
enough.
3.
Turn the steam knob to the
position, the indicator will light up.
4.
Insert the frothing device into the milk about two centimeters deep. After about 2
minutes, the steam will come out from the frothing device. Froth the milk in the way
of moving the vessel round from up to down.
5.
When the required purpose is reached, you can turn the steam control knob to the
position to stop frothing. Then remove the jug and turn the steam control knob
to
OFF
RELEASE
position to release the residual steam in the tank.
Note: Clean the steam outlet with a wet sponge immediately after the steam stops
generating, but be careful not to hurt!
6.
Pour the frothed milk into the prepared espresso, and now the cappuccino is ready.
Sweeten to taste and if desired, sprinkle the froth with a little cocoa powder.
Note: We recommend you to allow the appliance to cool down before making coffee again.
Otherwise burnt odor may occur in your espresso coffee.

VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Cut off the power source and let the coffee maker to cool down completely before
cleaning.
2.
Clean the housing of the coffee maker with a moisture-proof sponge often.
Note: Do not clean with alcohol or cleanser solvent. Never immerse the housing in water for
cleaning.
