SET-UP
Carefully unpack all parts, inspect for missing parts by packing list.
4. Set-up

The LABOROTA 20 control with its transportation rods is
bolted to the pallet. Remove these screws and carry the
unit to its place of installation (CAUTION: 2 persons
needed; in this configuration, unit’s weight is about 110 kg).

Place the LABOROTA 20 control on a stable level stand. In
ready-to-
go configuration, unit’s weight will be about 174 kg
! Ideal stand height above ground is 60 cm, this enables
easy access to all controls. We recommend the optional
LABOROTA 20 base (P/N 591-23000-00).

Remove transportation rods and keep for later use.

Through-holes for carrying rods are plugged with caps (5).

Install protective cabinet (6) on table (7), door pointing
towards operator. Use screws (8) pre-installed in attaching
holes.

The vacuum pump can be placed in a space-saving way
within the base frame (591-23000-00). The front panel (10)
is snapped
–on and can be removed easily.
