TT 130 tool touch probe for tool measurement
The TT 130 is a triggering 3-D touch probe for tool measurement and
inspection. Your TNC provides three cycles for this touch probe with
which you can measure the tool length and radius automatically -
either with the spindle rotating or stopped. The TT 130 features a
particularly rugged design and a high degree of protection, which
make it insensitive to coolants and swarf. The triggering signal is
generated by a wear-resistant and highly reliable optical switch.
HR electronic handwheels
Electronic handwheels facilitate moving the axis slides precisely by
hand. A wide range of traverses per handwheel revolution is available.
Apart from the HR 130 and HR 150 integral handwheels,
HEIDENHAIN also offers the HR 410 portable handwheel (see figure
at center right).
