Step 3:

Using the figure below for guidance, pull up on all joints and fold pipes as shown in the images.

Step 4:

Lay the front frame flat against the rear frame. Pull the upper sleeves outwards from the joint (location of #15 and 16)

and fold the pipes combo downwards at a 90 degree angle.
