Step 1:
Remove the lower rim #2 and all clip-on pieces #14, 15, and 16 from the frame. Fold the upper baskets at a 90 degree
angle to top. Adjust all spring lock buttons to the lowest position to collapse the pipes.
Step 2:
Following the steps shown in the figure, pull the sleeves out from the joints (location of #7 and 8) and fold the pipes
combo backward.
