may be a minor issue that can be easily resolved.
Make sure you set your mat correctly according to
the instructions provided. Should that be the case, try
disconnecting the controller from the mat and the out

let; fold and unfold the mat to make sure that it lies
flat so that it can function normally; turn on the con-
troller again. Heat the covered mat on the maximum
temperature for 30 minutes to check if the controller
