COOKERY TIPS
1. For the best mixing results, cold ingredients such as eggs, milk and
butter should be at room temperature.
2. To eliminate the possibility of shells or expired eggs being used in
your recipe, break eggs into a separate container before adding them to
the mixture.
3. Do not over beat your ingredients; mix/blend until recommended in
your recipe. Fold dry ingredients until just combined. Using lower speeds
allow the user more control.
4. Always start mixing at a lower speed and gradually increase to a higher
speed if required.
