B. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Symptom

Product power failure
Circuit breaker activated, i.e.,
circuit broken
Reset the circuit breaker. If it is activated again, follow the steps below
Check if the problem was originated by any of other Treadmills installed
2) Check if the voltage supplied conforms to the voltage required for the product.
3) Check if the supplied current is enough for the product.
Consult your electrician in case of 2) or 3)
Power cord unplugged
Engage the power plug into the socket securely.
Power cut-off by the circuit
breaker in the product
Check for electric leakage inside the product.
Check inside if any connector is disconnected or cord skin is broken,
clear the problem and reset the circuit breaker.
Failure of power supply to
control PCB
1) Check if connectors inside control assembly are surely seated.
2) Inspect the condition of power cable.
Noise during operation in incline
mode
Insufficiency of grease in the
incline gear
Inject grease in the incline gear.
Noise from roller during
operation
Roller ball bearing broken
Replace the roller
Noise from the front and rear on
every rotation of the belt
The belt in newly purchased
product may need settling in.
Noise will disappear in time.
Noise coming from rear and
below machine
A lock nut of level pad loosened Tighten the lock nut.
Motor does not run although
